The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (the “Foundation”) is pleased to award the Water, Agroforestry, Nutrition and Development Foundation, Incorporated a one-time project support grant in the amount of US $100,000 for the period from May 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012. The purpose of the grant is to support your proposed project titled Ecological Sanitation for the Base of the Pyramid (the “Project”) as described in your written proposal (the “Proposal”) as part of the Grand Challenges Explorations Initiative.
